Shawl for my mum

I have made this shawl for my mum. My sister is wearing it for picture. I have made it using 100% Merino wool, and crochet hook size 2.5mm. It is very thin wool, about 520 meter per 100 grams. This first time I have used the Merino wool to create something.
Thanks God My mum loves this shawl so much. I think the most reason for her love was its color because she loves black so much, the second reason was its weight because she love everything in light weight, the third reason was its softness.
I have tried to make it in another color, but I know she won't wear it , so I have made it in black as she want it to be.

My top-down sweater

This is some pictures for my top-down sweater. It is raglan shape , and seamless. I have used the Egyptian cotton thread size 20, and crochet hook size 8 to made it.

Close look

This close look picture shows the picot stitch around the sweater, and also the the stitches of this sweater.

Workshop

This is my top-down sweater's work shop. It is raglan shape, and seamless with just few weave in end threads. I have made a top-down blouse with circular yoke for my sister, and I have made this one for me.
I have used thread size 20, and steel crochet hook size 8. I have modified the pattern to suit my size.
This pattern is Japanese chart from book called "Top down crochet".

top down blouse for my sister

I have made this blouse for my sister. As you see it is top down blouse; I have made it using thread size 20, and steel crochet hook size 8. I wanted to learn this technique of making blouse from top to down, and she chose this pattern so I have made it for her.
After I finished this blouse , I can say it is so easy technique to try, and it makes lovely blouse with yoke also sweater with yoke or raglan shaping.
This is a charting Japanese pattern-which I prefer to work with more than written pattern.
This blouse also is seamless ; it has no seam in any part nor in body or sleeves or any part. Completely seamless with so so few weave in ends thread. You just work in circle in the whole stages
I also want to say that I have changed the edge of bottom, and sleeves of the blouse, and chose another edge to match more with the yoke stitch , and shape. I also changed the stitches  inside the pattern of edge and used popcorn instead of puff stitch also to match the popcorn of the yoke- love to change things.☺☺☻. Here is the result.
